ORDERING INFORMATION

ICE Components, Inc. offers fast and efficient online ordering of samples. Sales orders must be placed through our Customer Service Department. The online sample ordering service is limited to qualified accounts and customers. We require customers to register and create an online account prior to ordering samples. Samples can also be ordered by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Order samples of standard parts online using the convenient shopping cart system. To order samples of custom parts, simply complete and submit a custom design form. All samples are available at no charge to qualified accounts. Complimentary sample orders are limited to a five piece per part number maximum, unless permission for a specific situation has been received from Customer Service. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department if you have a special situation requiring more than 5 samples per part number.

Customers can receive product pricing and delivery information, as well as place orders, by contacting our Customer Service Department. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Payments for sales orders can be made by C.O.D., money order, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Purchase orders with payment terms will be accepted with approved credit. There is no charge for sample orders by qualified accounts.

Sample orders of in-stock standard parts are available for immediate shipment. Custom part samples typically ship within 10-14 business days. All sample orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Should you require expedited shipping of a sample order, you may provide us with an account number and we will ship using the method and carrier of your choice.

Sales orders are shipped FCA Marietta, GA, via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Overnight service is available for an extra charge. Shipment terms for shipments directly from Hong Kong may be negotiated on a per order basis. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.

Damaged or defective goods can be returned within 90 days for a credit. All goods must be returned with an authorization number. Contact our Customer Service Department for details.
