Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for today’s time pressed engineers by providing a range of choices within each product category.

Our core product offering includes Power Inductors, Output Power Chokes, Off-line Transformers, Gate Drive Transformers, Current Sense Transformers, SMT Power Inductors, Common Mode Chokes, Differential Mode Chokes and Line Filters. ICE Components also offers custom magnetic solutions to meet your specific design needs.

ICE Components’ knowledgeable and highly experienced engineers provide unparalleled support in your early design stage and throughout the acquisition process. Many of our engineers have been with ICE since we entered the market and their expertise in SMPS transformers is unsurpassed in the industry.

Our engineering services include SMPS Transformer Design, Rapid Prototyping, Plastic Injection Molding, and Ferrite Core Tooling. In addition, our in-house machine shop provides test fixtures, assembly jigs, core gapping, core coating and custom mounting bases.

Since inception, ICE Components has operated a manufacturing base in China. Our factory in Shenzhen China employs over 2,500 workers with a production capacity of 2,500,000 transformers and 3,750,000 inductors per month.

We offer state of the art equipment for all of your magnetic needs, including: winding machines, automated winding machines, toroid winding machines, vacuum potting, wire twisting, termination, taping and trimming machines. Our flexible production line easily accepts small quantity runs up to million piece production runs.

Should you need a custom solution, our engineers will provide solid support in the early stages of your design in order to help you find the most efficient, cost competitive solution available to you. We engineer our own core and bobbin designs when necessary. In addition, custom plastic parts and core tooling service are available at competitive prices and short lead times. Our factory has UL Class B, Class F, and Class H insulation system approvals.

Our US-based warehouse, located at our corporate headquarters in Marietta, Georgia, supports lean manufacturing, is flexible and offers a quick turn-around on inventory requests. In addition, our fully equipped lab in Taipei, Taiwan, can typically provide free custom samples within 1-2 weeks of request.
